Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Transportation Services Department! In this important role, you will be the key point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and assistance regarding their transportation needs. Your role will involve ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information to facilitate their journeys.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to transportation services and logistics
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex client issues
• Provide detailed information on services, routes, and schedules
• Gather client feedback to enhance service offerings
• Engage in training sessions to ensure up-to-date knowledge of platform features

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in transportation or logistics
• Outstanding communication skills with a customer service focus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
• A proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction
• Comfortable using customer support software and technologies
