Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Client's Subscription-Based Services Department! In this vital Junior role, you will be the first line of support for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional assistance and information about our subscription services.
Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for customer service will ensure that clients have a positive experience and receive the guidance they need to make the most of their subscriptions. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to their subscriptions, billing, and account management
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the support system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide clear and concise information regarding subscription options and benefits
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Participate in training to enhance knowledge about our subscription services
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a subscription-based or service-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software
