In this dynamic Junior role, you will be the main point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance as they enjoy our range of streaming services. Your proficiency in Dutch will be crucial in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our viewers.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with questions related to account management, streaming options, and technical issues
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex user issues and improve service delivery
- Provide insights about new features, promotions, and content recommendations
- Gather user feedback to enhance our services and user experience
- Participate in ongoing training to keep up with industry trends and platform updates
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the streaming or entertainment industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
