Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch through phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with questions related to ride-sharing services, app functionalities, and account inquiries
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and feedback
- Provide clear and relevant information about the app's features and promotions
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our services
- Engage in regular training to stay up-to-date with app updates and enhancements
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the tech or ride-sharing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach toward delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
