In this vital Junior role, you will be providing support to our Dutch-speaking clients as they navigate our online marketplace. Your role will be essential in ensuring users have a positive experience while utilizing our platform for their buying and selling needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Dutch through various channels including email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries regarding marketplace functionality, listings, and transactions
- Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve user experience
- Guide customers on best practices to enhance their marketplace usage and engagement
- Stay updated on platform changes and features through ongoing training
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or online platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is a plus
