Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
- Provide assistance to content creators regarding platform features and services
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback
- Offer guidance on best practices for content creation and audience engagement
- Participate in training sessions to keep updated on platform updates and features
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the online or creative industries
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Familiarity with online content creation and digital media platforms is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using customer support tools and technologies
