In this entry level role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking users, providing them with exceptional support and guidance while they explore our music streaming services. Your expertise in the Dutch language will play a critical role in enhancing our users' music experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with questions related to account management, playlists, and streaming issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve user issues and improve service delivery
- Provide insights and recommendations based on user feedback
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest features and trends in music streaming
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the music or streaming industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
