Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch through email, phone, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to account management, platform features, and streaming services
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Provide users with information about promotional offers, playlists, and new features
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on platform changes and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the music or tech industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for music and streaming platforms
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
