Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Home Appliances Department! In this integral role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with dedicated support and assistance regarding their home appliances inquiries. Your knowledge and expertise will be essential in helping customers resolve issues and make informed decisions about their appliances.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliances, including product features, troubleshooting, and after-sales support
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to enhance customer experience
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to contribute to service improvement
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
