Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with questions and concerns regarding app functionality and features
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex user issues
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer experiences to enhance app usability
- Educate users on best practices for a fulfilling experience on our apps
- Engage in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of app capabilities and updates
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the tech, dating, or social networking sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to enhancing user satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
