Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this essential role, you will assist our Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries related to automotive insurance and claims processing. Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding their automotive insurance policies and claims
- Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and underwriting teams to resolve complex inquiries
- Provide guidance on the claims process and necessary documentation
- Gather customer feedback to improve our services and processes
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated about industry changes and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance or automotive sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach toward client satisfaction and issue resolution
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and insurance claims processes
