Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
