Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries about products and services in the media and entertainment sector.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to media subscriptions, streaming services, and billing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively to understand and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their customer journey.
- Stay informed about the latest media trends and company offerings to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly, providing feedback for service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our customer base by providing friendly and professional service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the media or entertainment industry, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for media and entertainment, with an understanding of current trends.
