Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the healthcare sector through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare products, services, and account management.
- Guide customers through the process of obtaining necessary information, including appointment scheduling and product details.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and services to provide precise information.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Compassionate and understanding attitude towards customer needs in a healthcare context.
