Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Grocery Delivery Services Department. In this important Junior position, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to our grocery delivery services and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you assist clients with questions about order placement, delivery times, product availability, and any issues they may encounter. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and reliability within our grocery delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding grocery delivery inquiries
- Assist customers with issues related to their orders, including changes, cancellations, and deliveries
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with delivery and inventory teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Gather feedback from customers to improve the grocery delivery service
- Stay informed about new products and services to provide customers with up-to-date information
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the grocery or food delivery industry, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for customer service and helping clients find the best solutions
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
