Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Grocery Delivery Services Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to grocery orders and delivery services.
Your role will be pivotal as you help clients navigate our online grocery platform, answer questions about products, address delivery issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Working closely with our logistics and customer support teams, you will contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty within our grocery delivery division.
Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding grocery delivery services
- Provide information about product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Troubleshoot order issues, including discrepancies and delivery delays
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Gather customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings
- Stay informed about grocery trends and customer preferences
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in grocery or e-commerce, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for food and helping customers with their grocery needs
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
