Mercier Consultancy is in search of a motivated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Aviation Department. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial in helping clients navigate our aviation services, whether they have questions about bookings, flight options, or service-related issues. You will be an important part of creating a seamless experience for our customers in the aviation sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to aviation services via phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed information on flight options, bookings, and travel policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support for client issues
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery
- Stay updated on changes in aviation policies and current industry trends
Requirements
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation industry, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
