Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Airline Reservations Department. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with airline bookings and related inquiries.
Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial as you navigate our reservations system and guide customers through the process of booking flights, managing changes, and addressing any travel-related concerns. Your commitment to excellent service will ensure that our clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat concerning airline reservations
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly and effectively
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Work closely with airline partners and internal teams to ensure accurate bookings and information
- Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve our services
- Stay updated on airline policies, routes, and promotions to enhance customer recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for travel and helping customers with their journey planning
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an asset
