Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Address customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and loyalty programs with professionalism and care.
- Proactively engage with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and collect valuable feedback to enhance service quality.
- Promote loyalty initiatives and effectively communicate the benefits of continued engagement with the brand.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and rapid issue resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to recommend improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and insights within the CRM system for ongoing analysis.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, ideally in retail or service-focused industries.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to customer engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and customer interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to various customer needs.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
