Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer interactions.
- Document conversations and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to offer accurate information and support to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
