- Administration of project documentation within the Project Office
- Providing support to Department Managers within the Project Office
- Managing the flow of documentation across projects
- Developing procedures and processes within the Project Office
- Managing the flow of information between the Project Office and other departments within the shipyard
- Creating, updating, and archiving documents based on data provided by the Project Team
- Updating the status of documents in accordance with project progress
- Sending documentation to external partners
- Taking initiative and ownership of tasks within the project
- Supporting the Project Team in preparing reports related to ongoing projects
- Participating in the development of processes and tools used within the Project Support Office team
- Close cooperation with Project Managers, the Engineering Team, Procurement, and external partners
Requirements
- Higher education, preferably in the field of management or administration
- Knowledge of programs and systems related to the coordination of project documentation flow
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially SharePoint
- Good command of English and Polish, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
