  • Administration of project documentation within the Project Office
  • Providing support to Department Managers within the Project Office
  • Managing the flow of documentation across projects
  • Developing procedures and processes within the Project Office
  • Managing the flow of information between the Project Office and other departments within the shipyard
  • Creating, updating, and archiving documents based on data provided by the Project Team
  • Updating the status of documents in accordance with project progress
  • Sending documentation to external partners
  • Taking initiative and ownership of tasks within the project
  • Supporting the Project Team in preparing reports related to ongoing projects
  • Participating in the development of processes and tools used within the Project Support Office team
  • Close cooperation with Project Managers, the Engineering Team, Procurement, and external partners

Requirements

  • Higher education, preferably in the field of management or administration
  • Knowledge of programs and systems related to the coordination of project documentation flow
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially SharePoint
  • Good command of English and Polish, both spoken and written
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail
