Dispatch Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders
• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy
• Organise daily truck runs and delivery schedules
• Liaise with drivers and external transport providers to ensure efficient logistics
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve any transport issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

Requirements

• Monday to Friday 5am – 1.30pm
• Forklift licence and overhead crane experience (essential)
• Ability to lift up to 20kgs
• Sound understanding of health and safety
