We specialize in building strong, long-term partnerships between skilled professionals and innovative companies. Our mission is to empower growth, innovation, and excellence by matching the right talent with the right opportunities.

We are currently hiring a Director of People & Culture who will lead a full organizational transformation — shaping the people strategy, culture, and leadership capabilities required for sustainable growth and modernization. This leader will foster a performance-driven, connected, and youthful culture across all levels, from frontline teams to senior management, while ensuring the People & Culture function delivers consistent, efficient, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Culture

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive People & Culture roadmap aligned with the company’s growth and modernization agenda.
  • Partner with the CEO on organization design, leadership capability building, and workforce transformation.
  • Drive cultural evolution toward accountability, agility, collaboration, and pride in belonging.
  • Establish effective internal communication that aligns employees with company goals and reinforces a unified culture.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Build a high-performing talent acquisition function covering blue, grey, and white-collar segments across 1,200+ employees.
  • Strengthen the employer brand and position the organization as a modern, growth-driven workplace.
  • Enhance manpower planning, succession planning, and talent readiness in support of expansion and operational excellence.

3. Performance & Development

  • Implement a structured performance management framework linked to business KPIs and OKRs.
  • Launch learning, leadership, and coaching programs that build internal capability and future-ready talent pipelines.
  • Introduce recognition and reward mechanisms that reinforce accountability, performance, and company values.

4. People Operations & Team Capability

  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Personnel with an emphasis on compliance, fairness, and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and develop the People & Culture team — including hiring and performance management — to maintain a high-performing function.
  • Ensure HR systems and processes are scalable, transparent, and data-driven to support rapid growth.

Requirements

Experience

  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success leading the HR function in organizations of 800+ employees, including major blue/grey-collar populations.
  • Demonstrated achievements in culture transformation, leadership development, and deployment of modern HR systems.
  • Experience in multi-site, operationally intensive environments (retail, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, etc.).

Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to link people strategy to performance outcomes.
  • Skilled in driving culture, communication, and leadership alignment across diverse workforce segments.
  • Empathetic yet decisive; capable of making and standing behind tough people decisions.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer with strong storytelling capability.
  • Hands-on leader able to balance long-term strategy with daily operational rigor.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies or HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Social & Medical insurance.
