Responsibilities
- Monitor online interactions and content to identify potential safety risks and violations of policies.
- Investigate reported incidents of misconduct and develop effective resolution strategies.
- Provide assistance and clear communication to users regarding safety protocols and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety measures and user protection initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and challenges in digital trust and safety.
- Facilitate training sessions to educate users on best practices related to digital safety.
- Prepare and present reports on safety incidents and user behavior to guide strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online safety challenges, policies, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail when assessing reports and incidents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with users and team members.
- Proficient in moderation tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
