Responsibilities
- Evaluate online content and user behavior to identify threats and violations of safety protocols.
- Investigate reported issues and provide organized feedback and solutions to improve digital safety measures.
- Advise users on safety practices, reporting options, and relevant policies to ensure a secure user experience.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user protection initiatives and implement new safety features.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging risks, and legal frameworks related to online safety.
- Create comprehensive reports and analytics reflecting the status of safety issues and incident responses.
- Engage in user outreach and training focused on safe online practices and community guidelines.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or similar analytical roles is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of online safety protocols, user protection principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to assist and inform users effectively.
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and data analysis applications.
- Capacity to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
