Welcome to Eclipse Remote Staffing—where remote work is not just a perk, it is the foundation of everything we do. We operate as a fully distributed organization connecting qualified individuals to some of the most in-demand remote positions available today, including usability. Our platform is built on the belief that geography should never limit your career potential. Whether you are a stay-at-home parent, a recent graduate, or simply someone seeking a better work-life balance, Eclipse Remote Staffing has opportunities tailored to your situation. All of our listed positions offer competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling, and the freedom to work from wherever you feel most productive.

The Role: Digital Product Feedback Coordinator

As a Digital Product Feedback Coordinator, you will join a distributed team of professionals who handle usability tasks for our growing client base. This role was specifically designed to be accessible—we know that many talented people are locked out of traditional employment due to location, childcare, or other life circumstances. That is exactly why Eclipse Remote Staffing built a streamlined, remote-first onboarding process that gets you trained and earning quickly. You will work independently but never in isolation; our digital team channels and weekly check-ins ensure you always have the support you need. Your performance is measured by output quality and reliability, not hours logged.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of pre-release app builds and features as required by NDAs.
  • Test apps across different network conditions (WiFi, 4G, 5G) as instructed.
  • Complete onboarding training modules before beginning your first paid test session.
  • Participate in brief video or written surveys about your testing experience when requested.
  • Identify bugs, glitches, UI inconsistencies, and unexpected behaviors and report them with screenshots.
  • Provide comparison feedback between the current and previous app versions when applicable.
  • Attempt to replicate reported bugs from other testers to confirm reproducibility.
  • Provide detailed written feedback on the overall user experience, flow, and intuitiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail — ability to notice subtle UI issues, slow load times, or broken flows.
  • Reliable internet connection for downloading apps and submitting reports.
  • No software engineering background required — we train you on the testing methodology.
  • Clear written communication skills to document bug reports and feedback accurately.
  • Ownership of a modern smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of installing apps from app stores.
  • Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to grow into a team lead or senior specialist role within 6–12 months.
  • No experience required — we hire based on potential, not your resume.
  • Access to an internal learning library with remote work skill-building resources.
  • 100% remote — work from anywhere in the United States with zero commute.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities available after the first 60 days.
  • Competitive pay of $25.00–$35.00 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit or PayPal.
