Job Purpose:
Proposing Marketing plans and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brands, products, and services. His/Her tasks include planning and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics, identifying marketing trends and mentoring the Digital Marketing Executives.
To help grow a brand’s influence and have a conversion strategy in place while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. He/She plays a major role in driving website traffic and acquiring leads or customers.
Duties will include proposing planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various digital networks. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. He/she needs to be an outstanding communicator, work as a focal point (Account Manager) & can demonstrate excellent interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media studies, communications, or a related field
• 4-7 years’ experience in online paid media, leading & managing SEO, digital metrics, and web traffic and analytics.
• 3+ years of experience and knowledge of online marketing strategies.
• Experience in Social media moderation is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of Meta Ads manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience, X Ads, Influencer marketing, other advertising
