Nasoft is currently seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to join our client’s growth team. This role focuses on supporting digital marketing initiatives, optimizing performance, and driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the execution and enhancement of digital growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.
• Manage paid ads performance, budget allocation, targeting, and reporting.
• Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing and re-engagement.
• Develop and manage social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Own website performance, landing pages, and continuously optimize for lead generation (CRO).
• Conduct keyword research, SEO content optimization, and link-building activities.
• Coordinate with Technical SEO Specialist for technical enhancements.
• Track and analyze digital KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for integrated growth initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics platforms.
• Experience with CMS platforms and website optimization practices.
• Strong content creation and copywriting background.
• SaaS / GCC / B2B experience is highly preferred.
• Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
