DevOps SRE
- Strong working knowledge in DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins), Git, Bitbucket, XLR
- Must have Linux skills (proper hands-on of using commands and scripting) as most of the applications runs on file system.
- Above average SQL skills. Should be able to write basic queries using SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs.
- Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace or any tools
- Must have PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools) – Workorder/Incident/Change/Problem
- Good and confident communication skills; Positive learning attitude
- Should take up CRQ, Incidents and problem ticket ownership and drive issues to.
