We are looking for a Data Engineer for a new international Tech Hub.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Solid experience in data architecture and data pipelines (e.g. Medallion architecture).
- Strong background in cloud-native data engineering, preferably using Microsoft Azure (Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse), or equivalent tools in AWS or GCP.
- Experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (e.g. BigQuery, Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, Redshift).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or Spark.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to ensure data quality, monitoring, documentation, and performance optimization.
- English level B2 or higher.
Soft Skills
- Ability to make sound technical decisions and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring junior or mid-level engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
