This vital role focuses on providing exceptional support to our clients and users, ensuring their inquiries and challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently. As a Support Center Analyst, you will engage with Danish-speaking customers and collaborate closely with internal teams to create a seamless support experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical and product-related issues, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within the support ticketing system.
- Assist clients in understanding product features and provide training as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and continually improve support operations.
- Monitor ticket statuses and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Stay informed about new products, updates, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is advantageous.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the capability to offer effective solutions to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.
