- Monitor community interactions to foster a positive atmosphere and proactively address any user concerns or disputes.
- Engage with the gaming community by creating and sharing helpful content and updates.
- Gather and document player feedback to communicate valuable insights to the development team for further enhancement.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and releases in the gaming industry to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with fellow support agents to share best practices and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- A genuine passion for gaming with a familiarity of popular games and platforms.
- Experience in customer support or community management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with gamers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
- Comfortable with various communication tools and platforms.
