In this role, you will be essential in delivering a high-quality online shopping experience to our Danish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing effective support.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order tracking, returns, and payment methods.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Accurately manage and process customer orders throughout the order lifecycle.
- Stay updated on current product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve customer service and experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and an understanding of online shopping behaviors.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
