Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
