We are currently seeking a Danish and English Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality consultancy to clients who speak Danish and English, helping them to optimize their operations through innovative digital solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction in a competitive marketplace.


Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored consultancy services to Danish-speaking clients, aligning solutions with their unique business needs.
  • Engage with clients in English to gather requirements and advise on suitable digital solutions.
  • Conduct training and product demonstrations to ensure clients are proficient in using provided tools and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement effective digital strategies.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to foster loyalty.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to offer clients insightful advice and solutions.
  • Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues with their digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in a consulting or customer support role, ideally related to digital solutions.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and current industry practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills, especially in a remote or hybrid working environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
