Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Czech and English-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Czech and English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
