As a CS agent, you will be responsible to provide enhanced customer services:

Responsibilities

  • Assist our members' queries via live chat, email, and phone
  • Provide information about the product
  • Manage complaints and follow up internally
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

    • Full professional proficiency in Greek and English, oral and written
    • Excellent Computer Skills
    • Ability to work on-site, 24/7 rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
