As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure they have an outstanding experience with our services. You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Experience: 0-5 years in a customer service or related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred Background: Experience in customer service, customer success, or support is an advantage.
  • Flexibility: Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
  • Education: Open to all Malaysian citizens with relevant academic qualifications.
