Requirements

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be in charge of a portfolio of our mid-market clients - driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 25-30 named Mid-Market accounts. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep Accounts Receivable (AR) expertise to identify challenges and recommend best practice solutions. 
  • Ensure customers maximize value from Sidetrade solutions through strategic guidance and insights. 
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Professional Services, Support, and Sales teams. 
  • Lead strategic business reviews, analyze KPIs, and align with customer leadership on growth opportunities. 
  • Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities. 
  • Monitor customer health, engage key stakeholders, and de-escalate complex issues to ensure successful outcomes. 

What you will bring to the role:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience with Order to Cash Management 
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 25–30 Mid-Market clients while overseeing multiple concurrent projects. 
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. 
  • Solid understanding of Receivables Management technologies (Sidetrade, HighRadius, GetPaid...) and best practices. 
  • Comfortable navigating and discussing enterprise systems and their business impact; experience with major ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus. 
  • Strong data-driven mindset with practical experience leveraging BI tools, including Tableau and Power BI. 
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with customers.
