As a Customer Service Representative with Imagine Learning, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to transform education through technology. In this remote position based in Los Angeles, CA, you will deliver exceptional customer service to teachers, administrators, and district leaders. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions and resolving issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Respond to incoming calls and emails, providing timely and accurate assistance
Guide customers in navigating our digital platform and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Share customer feedback to help improve the overall user experience and product usability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Prior experience in a customer service or support role preferred
