Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in Greece via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products and services, including order details, payment queries, and account issues.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document interactions and follow up on issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Engage in regular training and development activities to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using various customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask.
