Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in Greece via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products and services, including order details, payment queries, and account issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document interactions and follow up on issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • Engage in regular training and development activities to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using various customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask.
