🕗 Consistent Schedule
- Our client operates Monday-Sunday, with shift times starting between 8:00 AM and 11:45 AM EST. We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on our client’s needs.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients’ members rely on. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help customers with their classic auto insurance questions, resolve concerns, and make every interaction feel effortless.
You’ll:
- Manage 40-100 calls per day depending on the season
- Highlight and sell membership benefits
- Put customers first and take action to improve their experience
- Follow on-call procedures and document every interaction
- Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops
- Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- 6+ months in a call-center experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in a virtual desktop environment
- Distraction-free remote workspace
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Sales experience helpful
- Prior experience with Five9
