🕗 Consistent Schedule

  • Our client operates Monday-Sunday, with shift times starting between 8:00 AM and 11:45 AM EST. We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on our client’s needs.

 


 

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients’ members rely on. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help customers with their classic auto insurance questions, resolve concerns, and make every interaction feel effortless.

 

You’ll:

  • Manage 40-100 calls per day depending on the season
  • Highlight and sell membership benefits
  • Put customers first and take action to improve their experience
  • Follow on-call procedures and document every interaction
  • Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops
  • Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets


 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


Required:

  • 6+ months in a call-center experience
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars
  • Strong verbal and written communication 
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems 
  • Experience in a virtual desktop environment 
  • Distraction-free remote workspace 
  • High school diploma or GED

 

Preferred:

  • Sales experience helpful
  • Prior experience with Five9
