We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Major Appliance Service Company. This role requires excellent phone skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
βοΈ Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries & bookings
βοΈ Schedule and manage appointments using Walkabout Customer Booking Software (training provided)
βοΈ Provide top-notch customer support and ensure satisfaction
βοΈ Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers as needed
Requirements
βοΈ Must be based in the Dominican Republic
βοΈ Excellent phone communication skills
βοΈ Basic computer proficiency
βοΈ Ability to work independently in a remote setting
βοΈ Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
