Salary Range: USD1200 to USD1500 depending on experience
Role Overview
As the Customer Service Manager (Reservation Agent), you'll be the voice of the company—serving as the first point of contact for both new and returning clients. You'll be responsible for managing high call volumes during peak seasons, efficiently processing reservations through the MOODS system, and delivering exceptional service every time.
