What Would You Do?

This is a management level position, where your responsibility will be growing our revenue by:
- Maximizing our online reputation on review platforms like Google and TripAdvisor.
- Spreading the word online about the amazing experiences our guests have with us.
- Improving our brand perception through creative replies to customer reviews.
- Increasing customer loyalty and retention to maximize lifetime customer value.
- Ensuring our adventures are meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Engaging customers with concerns to turn their experiences into memorable ones.
- Preventing issues or complaints from arising in the first place by ensuring quality.
- You will be in charge of tracking and evaluating customer feedback and concerns, resolving customer concerns in true Paradise fashion, with heart and compassion, and turning it into lifetime loyalty.
- You will work with our tour operators in Mexico to ensure our adventures are of the highest possible quality and our promises to our guests of creating unforgettable lifetime memories are fulfilled.
- You will be in charge of reviewing, managing, and replying to our internal and online reviews on platforms like Google and TripAdvisor, and ensuring our brand reputation of excellence is protected.
- You will be in charge of turning first-time travelers into lifetime promoters by implementing customer loyalty initiatives that create return customers and incentivize customers to become active promoters.
- Work with our Customer Experience team to ensure we provide world-class customer service to our guests by applying best practices, coaching and improving methodologies to ensure guests are enthusiastic about the service they have received.
Requirements

- You have Advanced English, spoken and written.
- University degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.
- You bring a positive attitude and positive energy, love to laugh, and thrive in a team focused environment.
- You are a people person, self-motivated, team-oriented, and have a drive to be the best you can be.
- A passion for travel and a spirit of adventure. You love to make dreams come true.
- You are self-disciplined, responsible, accountable for results and committed to excellence.
- This is a senior level position, previous experience in customer service and/or marketing is required.

Q: What level of English do you require?
A: Advanced English.
Q: Are you a call center?
A: No. Like all e-commerce companies, we have a contact center as part of our operation, where we make our customers' vacation dreams come true. We service our customers by phone, chat, email, WhatsApp and social media. We are NOT an outsource or third-party like a call center - we sell only our own products and services and service to our own customers. You will work together in the same office space with Marketing, Development, Training, Administration, and other departments.
Q: Is this a front-line position? Will I be taking calls?
A: No. This is a management level position where you will work with our Customer Experience and Marketing teams to provide world-class experiences to our guests, and increase our revenue through customer loyalty and retention programs, online reviews and brand perception, turning customer feedback into actionable improvements, minimizing complaints and revenue loss, and ensuring customers leave with a world-class customer experience both with our service and their adventures. You will engage with customers but not in a front-line kind of way, only ones that require your expertise.
Q: What is the Salary of the position?
A: Salary will depend on your qualifications. We typically pay above market for all our positions.
Q: What would be my Work Schedule?
A: Work schedule is typically Monday thru Friday with weekends off, depending on personal preferences.
