We are on the lookout for a CRM Sport Retention Lead to join our CRM Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team: Hiring, management, development, and maintenance of a great sport automation team.
  • Think strategically: Understand how to leverage available resources to influence high-level business metrics.
  • Create automated cycles and communications: Develop campaigns for different stages of the sport user lifecycle and implement them.
  • Run tests: Design and implement a conveyor for A/B testing.
  • Analyze results: Gather data, make conclusions, and improve campaigns.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience: At least 2 years of experience as a team lead, including hiring, training, and developing people.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to work with data and make quick decisions.
  • Experience with CRM automation: Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Altcraft, MindBox, Customer, Optimove, Fast Track) and creating segmented campaigns.
  • Communication skills: Ability to work with different teams and present ideas.
  • Results orientation: Focus on achieving goals and improving business metrics.
  • Passion for sports: A love for sports and monitoring sports events.
