- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) solutions
- Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
- Create and integrate Custom APIs, Plugins, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions that align with business goals
- Conduct unit testing, support QA efforts, and assist in production deployments
- Document technical solutions, best practices, and support knowledge transfer to internal teams
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with D365 Case Management
- Proficient in developing Canvas Apps, Custom APIs, Workflows, and Power Automate flows
- Strong experience building Plugins and integrating third-party services
- Experience with SSIS for ETL and data migration
- Solid understanding of Azure DevOps for version control and build/release pipelines
- Strong knowledge of CRM entities, workflows, and form scripting
