Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

We are looking for a Credit Officer to support the credit assessment of restructuring proposals for individuals, small businesses, and SMEs, in accordance with the credit policy of each loan portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Credit assessment: analysis of financial data, evaluation of data in Teiresias, assessment of collaterals, credit history and borrowers’ willingness, documentation and justification of final proposal with a specific restructuring scheme or specific legal action; decision making;
  • Preparation of advisory reports concerning high-risk loans to Credit Committees; 
  • Management of applications through the Out-of-Court Debt Settlement Mechanism;
  • Participation in Quality Assessment processes (sample checks);
  • Involvement in the formation of Credit Policies and Procedures;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional banking experience in NPEs, Credit Analysis and Credit Policies & Processes;
  • English fluency and strong communicational skills, both verbal and written;
  • Studies in business, finance, STEM, or any related field; a master’s degree will be considered an asset;
  • Excellence in Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint presentations;
  • Adaptability in workflow platforms & debt management systems; 
  • Comfortable working in high pressure environment, on an agile delivery plan with exceptional attention to detail;
