Job Overview:

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing D2C brand, find a Creative Strategist to bridge creative storytelling with performance marketing. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and execute data-driven creative concepts that strengthen brand presence, engage audiences and drive measurable results across paid and organic channels.

You’ll work closely with design, copy, and media teams to shape high-impact campaigns that elevate creative performance and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Development: Collaborate with design, copywriting, and media teams to conceptualize and produce high-performing creative assets for social, email, landing pages, and display ads.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use consumer insights, research, and performance data to inform creative direction and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Content Optimization: Run A/B tests on headlines, visuals, CTAs, and other creative elements; apply learnings to improve performance.
  • Campaign Management: Partner with performance marketers to align creative direction with media buying strategy across paid and organic channels.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop creative that resonates with specific audience segments based on behavior, interests, and funnel stage.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of D2C, social media, and consumer behavior trends to ensure creative strategies remain innovative and competitive.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Present concepts, strategies, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a creative strategy role within the D2C or performance marketing space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns that drove measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of D2C consumer behavior, trends, and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable creative insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creative tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
