·       Identify and target corporate clients for commercial units.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, institutions, and business owners.

·       Present available commercial properties to corporate clients and conduct site tours when needed.

·       Handle end-to-end corporate sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.

·       Prepare and deliver professional presentations tailored to each corporate client.

·       Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate and updated project data.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·       Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing of commercial properties.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or B2B corporate sales.

·       Strong network with companies, institutions, clinics, labs, and corporate clients.

·       Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

·       Strong presentation and client-handling skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

·       Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
